Use the Actions module to record and track various actions and activities. |

Launched from the Resources menu, the Actions module provides the facilities to
record and track general, to do, message, email, appointment and time
and charge records.
Actions provides upline linking to contacts, issues (help desk) and projects.
Actions data comes from direct entry as well as Outlook synchronization of
emails and appointments through Qasper's desktop application, Qasper
Synchronization.
