What is it?
Use the Actions module to record and track various actions and activities.
 
What does it do?
Launched from the Resources menu, the Actions module provides the facilities to record and track general, to do, message, email, appointment and time and charge records.

Actions provides upline linking to contacts, issues (help desk) and projects.

Actions data comes from direct entry as well as Outlook  synchronization of emails and appointments through Qasper's desktop application, Qasper Synchronization.

  • Unlimited activity tracking
  • Base actions types: General, To do, Messages, Email, Appointments, Time and charges
  • Rich text editor supporting bold, italics, underline, font selection, alignment and links
  • Email action record supports individual and group emailing, select from list or ad hoc, cc and auto sync to Outlook
  • Message record includes 'Message to' drop down list selection of all registered users
  • Appointment record can be viewed in Actions or Activity/Calendar module
  • Type specification (eg, meeting, call, visit) with customizable list items by Action type
  • Date and time scheduling, start, end and completed
  • Status tracking, with customizable status items
  • Ranking (importance)
  • Contact or projects info, optionally linked upline to the Contacts or Projects module
  • Time and charges includes customizable category list, start/end with auto calc of duration, variable hourly charge rate with base taken from user preferences, dollar charges and chargeback information
  • Qasper's unique 'check for changes' to ensure changed records are saved
  • Unlimited custom fields
  • Cloning options. Create a new record - General, Appointment, Message, To do, Email, Project and Help desk from the action record
  • Print option
  • Standard exit to list view
