Connections networking

Connection linking for intricate "6 degrees of separation" personal networking. Link employee contact records to their respective company contact records, link supplier reps to their companies, link people to organizations. Any contact can have unlimited connection links.

Application features

Single contacts table

Companies, organizations and individuals all reside in a single Contacts table. This simplifies data entry, management and searching.

Client-side redundancy

Continual synchronization of your data from the central server database to a database residing on your own computer. In the event the central server goes down for any reason, you can go to Qasper Offline and continue working.

Multiple action types

Action and activity recording for any activity type with upline and downline parent/child linking.

Printing

Grid print choices: viewable columns or all, with rendering. Detail print in all detail modules.

Automatic owner

Automatic assignment to owner when creating new, linked records.

Online lookup

Online owner lookup (contact or project/opp) and link connection in all detail modules.

Owner reassign

Optional full retrieval

Upline and downline linking

Link contacts downline to connections, projects/opportunities, issues, actions, documents, orders. Link help desk and projects upline to contacts and downline to action, tactics and sub projects. Link actions upline to contacts and projects. 

Linking allows you to gather all related items for any major record. View all the emails related to a contact, view all the employee actions taken on a trouble ticket, view all the sub-projects linked to a project, and so on. Jump from an action record to its owner at a click. Jump from a contact to a linked project, then from that project to a sub-project to view all the actions so far in that sub-project.

Automatic company
