You and your workgroup can centrally manage and access documents, spreadsheets and any other file, including blog and web URLs. From Qasper's desktop synchronization module, new Outlook contacts are presented in the contacts clearing module for approval prior to posting to the corporate database. This gives you complete control over which new contacts will be allowed.  
From Qasper's desktop synchronization module, some emails cannot be matched to an existing contact record. Those unmatched emails are presented in the email sync clearing module so that you can manually act on them. You can delete them, use them as a base for new contact creation and/or use search functions to link them to existing contacts.  
Use the Group Builder to build various group lists from the contacts database for bulk email and VoIP conference calling.

The pop out query builder lets you build everything from simple to complex queries through authorized access to the major data files. You can save and  retrieve your and others' queries, and designate a query as public or private. The Reports module lets you run built-in or custom reports designed with Qasper's Report Designer. Before running those reports, you can define special filters to provide the exact output. The module outputs to HTML, PDF, Excel, Word and XML.

The Report files module lets you upload and download report formats from and to your desktop. Most reports are designed using Qasper's Report Designer (see further down in this list - Rpt Designer) and, depending on authorization, are available for modification. You can design new reports and upload them to the central server for everyone's use (or mark them private), and download existing reports for modification.  
Should this be required, you can use the RSS Feed module to generate RSS feeds as easily as adding an action record. The feeds are then made available on your web site through a special web page we provide. The module provides a rich text editor to display your feed the way you want it, along with link and image add-ins.   
The RSS News Viewer lets you manage all your news (RSS/XML) subscriptions, organized by type, search by feed name, URL. Select today's or all feeds. Viewer also manages your favorite blogs and web pages. Search by one of several criteria. More ...
