Although you can be up and running with just
Qasper
Office
(our on-demand, web-based product), you really need to combine it
with our desktop products to get the complete CRM software solution.
Desktop Offline processing
What good is an on-demand system that doesn't work
when you don't have a connection to the internet or your company's central
server? Mouse
over here for the answer.
Qasper provides an offline version of its CRM software that is identical
to the online version, so that you can detach from the network and
continue working, no matter where you are.
Select the Desktop Offline 'Go
Offline' option and a mini database on your own computer is synchronized
to the main database so that you have all the current data.
When you are ready to go back online, select Desktop
Offline's 'Go Online' option and your mini database is synced back to the
central database.
Synchronizing your Outlook contacts, emails and appointments
Qasper's Outlook synchronization is a desktop
application that runs in background on your computer, transparently
monitoring key events in your Outlook folders: new contacts and
contact changes, inbound and outgoing emails and new and changed appointments.
Qasper will automatically move qualified items across
to Qasper's central database.
Synchronization even
searches the main contact database and attaches the emails to specific
contacts. Full details here.
Qasper Import
We want to make it easy for you to get going, so we
include Qasper Import to import all your current contacts (from virtually
any source), connections, projects, opportunities, activities, issues and
orders.
And Qasper Import can be used anytime to add more
records to the existing database.
With Qasper Office and the above products, you have
a complete solution to all your organization's needs.

No more server downtime!
What happens if the central server you
get your information from stops for some reason?
Unless you have a 'mini'
version of the database on your own computer that's completely up to date
with the main database, you too are stopped.
Our desktop synchronization program has an exclusive
option we call client-side redundancy, a technique that maintains a
database on your computer that matches the information you store and
access on the main computer. That database doesn't have all the data, just the
information that pertains to you.
If the main server goes down (whether it's in-house or
hosted by an Internet service provider), switch to Qasper's offline mode
and continue working with Qasper.
Just like normal offline processing, when the server
is back up, click Qasper's 'Go online' option to sync your data back to
the central database.
