Dalco Technologies Inc. provides on-site and hosted training programs on Qasper.

We offer a variety of training options for clients implementing Qasper into their Small Business. 

Qasper’s one price, multi-user model and the ability to access it anywhere, anytime is designed to encourage everyone in the company to participate in developing customer relationships. With this in mind, we offer either on-site or hosted training sessions which can be customized for your needs. At Qasper our goal is to empower Small Business. That is why we have designed a comprehensive half day or full day introduction that all your team can participate in so you are all on the same page, making implementation successful.

This module provides an overview of cloud computing, the concepts of Software as a Service and data management in that environment, along with a briefing on the concepts underlying Qasper, including environment, scope and inclusiveness.
