In most situations, Qasper Sync will need only reference your Outlook folder, Personal Folders > Inbox. However, there may be occasions where you need to specify additional specific folders, typically IMAP folders.

To do that:

1. Open/Restore Qasper Sync. Mouse over the Qasper icon in the icon tray in the bottom right area of your computer screen:

2. Right-click the Qasper icon. It will display [Restore]:

3. Left-click the [Restore] button to display Qasper Sync. Click the [Settings] tab:

4. You can enter up to 3 IMAP accounts. To do that, go to Outlook and locate the exact folder name of each IMAP account. For example, your mail folder might look like this:

5. Enter the exact folder name in the next available IMAP box and click [Save IMAP settings]:

Ensure you enter the inbox name. Below, we designated it thusly:

wilson.jason@gmail.com\inbox

Qasper Sync has to know exactly where the new received emails are.
